Step 1 – share an opportunity

Heard about a project that needs an extra hand, or one that is about to get started and staffed? Feel free to share with us:

Step 3 – match and earn

We find the right freelancers and get in touch with the company or project lead. If all matches well and the freelancer starts, you make a 3% commission on each hour worked.

Rules

  1. 3% is based on the rate of the freelancer that is submitted. An example: for a freelancer at a day rate of € 800, Staff-IT gets 8% commission and shares 3% with you. You earn up to € 528 per month (€ 800 × 3% × 22 days) or € 6 336 per year.
  2. The 3% commission applies only to hours billed for the referred company’s first project that starts with Staff-IT, and only for hours worked within 365 days of that project’s start date.
  3. The commission is paid to you and calculated after receiving payment from the customer.
  4. Staff-IT reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time, and will notify referrers of any changes.
  5. Only the first referrer of a given company qualifies for the referral commission; duplicate referrals will be credited to the first valid submission.

Who can refer a company to Staff-IT?

Anyone who knows a company that is looking for IT freelancers: a project in your own network, at your current client, or an opportunity you cannot take on yourself.

How much do I earn with a referral?

3% of the freelancer’s rate on every hour worked in the referred company’s first project with Staff-IT, for up to 365 days from its start. For a freelancer at € 800 a day that is up to € 528 a month.

When is the referral commission paid?

After Staff-IT has received payment from the customer for the hours worked. Only the first person to refer a given company qualifies.
